Restaurant Manager

Adecco is seeking a " Restaurant Manager " in Plano, TX. Adecco is looking for a candidate with 4+ years of education and management experience within the food industry. Retail, sit-down, or grocery food, fast-food management experience are all welcome. This role is a for a Market/Bakery that provides hundreds of scratch-made dishes. The restaurant manager would be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities:

• Actively attend to every station in the store to ensure each venue is ready for our guests
• Hire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standards
• Maintain all merchandising standards and manage inventory levels
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records (e.g. sales reports, payroll, cash handling, labor scheduling)
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codes

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience managing high profile casual dining restaurants
• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or similar degree preferred
• Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions.
• Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show results
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Possess strong leadership skills. Able to direct a team to reach desired goals.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
