Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time) Compensation: $70 – $90 per billed hour unit, varying by licensure, residency, and experience. Pay range details: $70 per billed hour unit for any California fully licensed Therapist without residency; $70 for CA residents with 0-5 years; $75 for CA residents with 5+ years; $80 for any California PsyD without residency; $85 for PsyD with residency; $90 for California PsyD who works hybrid for child and adolescent therapy. Roles and Responsibilities Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Diagnose and treat mental health disorders Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust plans as needed Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress Involve and advise family members when appropriate Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities Qualifications Master’s Level Degree or higher in a related field (Required) Full, unencumbered applicable clinical license based on office location; no associate or intern level apply Minimum of 2 years providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment Ability to work cooperatively as a team member Superb organizational skills Ability to guide, direct, or influence others Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and families Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, especially NextGen, for managing patient data and documentation Strong computer literacy with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations; rapid adaptability to new technologies Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed Benefits and Support Admin work on autopilot: insurance, billing, and marketing handled by the organization Innovative technology: Blueprint AI to capture session notes Competitive benefits: industry‑leading benefits, sick leave, 401(k) contributions Clinical support: case consultations with experienced Executive Therapists and Psychiatrists Clinical autonomy: decision‑making guidance and backing Collaborative team environment with a licensed clinical lead If you need any accommodations for your interview please email View email address on click.appcast.io prior to scheduling.
