Senior Staff Accountant, 80K-85K

Addison Group is partnered with a PE backed company in search of a Senior Staff Accountant. This role works closely with the Controller and is positioned as a future leadership opportunity within the company. The ideal candidate will be a current Staff or Senior Accountant looking for growth. This role is located in Carrollton, TX and is fully in office. This role pays between $80K-85K. Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in month-end close process Assist in financial reporting Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis Produce supporting documentation for audits Documentation of current business processes, procedures and internal controls Monitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metrics Utilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 1+ years of accounting experience required Strong understanding of GAAP and reconciliations #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
