You and the entire engineering team are responsible for the repair, service, and preventative maintenance of all things within and outside of the hotel building. Taking pride and passion for your work and working within a team.Essential Job FunctionsDeliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requestsDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail in preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports, and in creating and balancing PMS reports for revenue and settlement accountsMake corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shiftEnter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant SummaryEfficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesyResolve guest concerns with attentive service recoveryPhysical DemandsAbility to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbsStanding and moving about in the guest services and restaurant/bar areas throughout the shiftPrimarily standing for majority of shiftQualificationsEducation:High school diploma or its equivalentExperience:Hotel experience preferred1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent requiredKnowledge of accounting operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, server service fees, etc.Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reportingFull understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, ExcelCPR/First Aid CertificationSpire Hospitality, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veteransEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
