Property Management Assistant

In this essential role, you'll assist with resident applications and re-certifications, manage contracts, and support daily office operations. You'll communicate with residents, staff, and vendors, maintain confidential records, and help ensure compliance with housing regulations. What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in working with multi-family housing preferred.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to Avesta residents, staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Experience assisting disadvantaged populations.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis.
• Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

Work Location 

This position is based in the Greater Portland area and will require travel to a portfolio of properties throughout the area.
