Intellectual Property Paralegal

Our Client is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal for an opportunity with a leading litigation practice in Washington, D.C. This role will support attorneys on sophisticated patent litigation and related intellectual property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong patent litigation experience who is comfortable managing matters from inception through trial and appeal . 4+ years of patent litigation experience Experience with Federal Circuit and district court filings Strong knowledge of CM/ECF, PACER, USPTO procedures, cite checking, and Bluebooking Experience supporting discovery, depositions, trials, and large-scale document management Familiarity with PTAB proceedings and patent research ITC experience is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred The role will work closely with attorneys and case teams on complex IP matters, including discovery, legal filings, trial preparation, PTAB matters, and case management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
