Training Manager, Neuro- Sleep Disorder

Role Overview A dynamic and visionary individual is sought to join the Customer Engagement Organization as a highly engaged member of the Training team. The role enables the individual to drive transformative initiatives, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities Serve as a lead within a training team for one or more franchises, delivering initial field onboarding and ongoing strategic training. Responsible for all aspects of assigned training programs and initiatives, including product, clinical, managed market and marketplace knowledge, as well as selling and business skills. Lead training strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement; collaborate with sales and marketing partners to develop learning workshops aligned to business objectives. Act as a subject‑matter expert in adult learning, sharing best practices and processes across the department. Develop and facilitate training for key stakeholders such as new hires, managers, advanced skill groups, and national workshops. Ensure training materials reflect the latest market trends and comply with internal regulatory and legal review processes. Coordinate, prepare, and negotiate contracts with external consultants to meet training and development needs. Manage assigned budget within operating guidelines. Provide guidance and coaching to team members on design, principles, projects, and priorities. Build vendor partnerships to increase operational efficiencies and enhance services. Support strategic partnerships to bring thought leadership, develop service technology roadmaps, and generate innovative ideas. Implement personal development plans and training to achieve business objectives. Embrace an agile mindset and drive innovation within the team. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years total experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of time, including overnight trips. Preferred: Experience in Sleep Disorder product area. Preferred: Experience in Training/Learning & Development and/or Commercial Strategy. Preferred: Experience with IT/eLearning/Web Management Platform. Takeda is an equal opportunity employer.
