CareCore at Heritage is looking for an energetic, dependable, and compassionate PRN Activity Aide to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and helping create a fun, engaging environment for our residents.

As an Activity Aide, you will assist with planning and leading activities that promote socialization, engagement, and overall quality of life for our residents. This is a PRN/as-needed position and will help provide coverage for vacations, call-offs, weekends, holidays, and other scheduling needs.

• Assist with group and individual resident activities

• Encourage resident participation and engagement

• Help set up and clean up activities and special events

• Assist with holiday celebrations, games, crafts, outings, and other programs

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

• Work closely with the Activities Director and facility team

• Help maintain a welcoming, positive environment for our residents

• Must be dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working with seniors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in activities, long-term care, senior living, or healthcare is preferred

• Must be available to provide PRN coverage, including some weekends and holidays
