Lead Project Manager

Leading end-to-end presales program execution remotely, the contract Lead Project Manager will manage structured multi-workstream engagement, drive governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment across Sales, Operations, and Delivery. Key responsibilities Own the presales program lifecycle for assigned opportunities, leading deal reviews and aligning resources and delivery approaches Drive governance standards, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment between customer commitments and operational capacity Facilitate communication across stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring transparency in program status and risks Required qualifications Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in operational or presales environments Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives with high stakeholder visibility Background working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams Strong program and project management discipline with a proactive approach to risk management Ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready insights
