Dynamic PT Floater - Multi-Clinic Growth & Mentorship

STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Middle Tennessee floater program. You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, create and execute personalized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation. You will supervise PTAs and other clinical staff, participate in program development, and support community outreach while adhering to state regulations and APTA ethics.
