This role is responsible for helping drive operational performance across multiple functional areas while ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and service standards are consistently met.The Distribution Center Supervisor will oversee frontline associates while partnering closely with department leadership and cross-functional teams including Human Resources, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control. This leader will play an important role in supporting daily operations, improving processes, and helping develop high-performing teams capable of meeting the demands of a growing operation.The ideal candidate brings leadership experience within distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, along with the ability to drive results through accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist department managers with overseeing daily warehouse operationsHelp ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently metMonitor team performance and support operational efficiencyProvide coaching, guidance, and training to associatesCommunicate updates, progress, and operational concerns with leadershipPromote and enforce company policies and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport a positive and professional team environmentAdapt to changing operational needs and prioritiesAssist with compliance and process improvement initiatives as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferredPrior leadership or training experience is a plusBasic Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and within a team settingBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusKnowledge & SkillsStrong leadership and team-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to motivate and support team membersAbility to obtain and maintain warehouse equipment certifications as requiredPhysical & Working ConditionsThe physical and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this role.
