Position Overview City of Hope in Zion, IL is expanding its Hematologic Malignancies and Stem Cell Transplant Program and seeks a Board-Certified Hematopathologist/Surgical Pathologist to support patient care. The role is on-site at the Zion facility. Clinical Responsibilities Diagnostic services to support clinical care of patients with hematological malignancies. General surgical pathology services and clinical interpretations. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and scientists. Participation in an established adult hematologic malignancy and stem cell transplant practice. Qualifications MD or equivalent medical degree with an unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility). Board Certification in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology. At least three years of experience in Hematopathology and Surgical Pathology. Capability to travel 60 minutes to downtown Chicago for collaborative meetings.
