You will work across business units and with senior client stakeholders to strengthen satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your work helps credit union clients achieve strategic priorities while deepening their partnership with Fiserv.What you'll do:Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across assigned credit union client organizationsAssess client business objectives, operational priorities, and growth opportunities to position Fiserv solutions that address their needsBuild and maintain annual account plans that incorporate input from multiple internal stakeholders and define measurable actions for client successPartner with business unit and corporate leaders to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and advance strategic client initiativesDrive retention and growth by supporting service agreement renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing formal proposals for additional products and servicesMonitor client satisfaction, communicate insights to internal partners, and recommend actions that improve the client experience and business outcomesPromote participation in Fiserv conferences, user groups, and other engagement opportunities that strengthen client partnership and product adoptionExperience you'll need to have:5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the banking, credit union, or financial services industry5+ years of experience working with large, complex financial institutions and aligning solutions to business, operational, and strategic objectives5+ years of experience developing account plans, managing renewals, and driving revenue growth through consultative client engagementAbility to build executive-level relationships, create formal client proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business outcomesBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Direct experience supporting credit unions or knowledge of credit union operations, priorities, and regulatory considerationsKnowledge of Fiserv systems, products, or client delivery modelsFamiliarity with financial data processing systems and host-based computer systemsAdditional specialized training in banking, credit unions, or financial servicesTravel: This role require frequent travel up to 50%Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
