The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. In this role, you will work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of medications to our patients.Key Responsibilities:Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficientlyMaintain proper inventory levels and order medications and supplies as neededProcess prescriptions accurately and efficientlyCommunicate with patients and healthcare providers to clarify prescription information and address any concernsResolve insurance and billing issuesProvide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and offering guidance when neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdhere to all pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA guidelinesParticipate in ongoing training and education to stay current on industry developments and best practicesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCurrent certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician.Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and terminologyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a high-volume settingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work evenings and weekends if neededTo apply for this position, send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
