Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities, inventory management, customer pickups, and local deliveries. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products, equipment, and materials are accurately received, processed, stored, and delivered to meet customer and business needs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse, and provides excellent service to both internal teams and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Print and process daily customer orders.
• Verify order accuracy and product availability.
• Pull and package orders for shipment.
• Process shipments through parcel and freight carriers, including UPS and LTL providers.

Receiving & Inbound Freight

• Unload inbound truck shipments safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, count, and verify products against packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Label pump cores, label panels, and related equipment according to company procedures.

Inbound Parcel & Vendor Shipments

• Receive incoming parcel deliveries.
• Inspect products for damage and accuracy.
• Stock inventory in appropriate warehouse and parts room locations.

Service Equipment Receiving

• Receive incoming service pumps and equipment.
• Identify ownership and intended department or service technician.
• Communicate equipment arrivals to internal stakeholders.
• Stage equipment in designated service receiving areas.

Inventory & Warehouse Organization

• Support inventory rotation and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices whenever possible.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment activities.

Customer Pickups

• Assist customers arriving for order pickup on demand.
• Pull, prepare and load orders in customer vehicles.
• Coordinate payment processing when required.

Returns Processing

• Inspect returned merchandise.
• Coordinate return authorization documentation.
• Route returned materials according to company procedures.

Local Deliveries

• Load and secure products for delivery.
• Complete scheduled deliveries to customer locations.
• Maintain delivery records and tracking logs.

STEP Program Deliveries

• Load and deliver multiple station units to designated locations.
• Record serial numbers and required documentation.
• Complete and submit delivery paperwork to designated contacts.

Vehicle & Equipment Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of delivery vehicles.
• Maintain proper fluid levels when applicable.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Facility Maintenance & Safety

• Empty warehouse waste containers and recycling receptacles.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Secure the facility at the end of each workday by turning off lights, fans, propane, and closing doors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift and material handling equipment (or willingness to become certified).
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to process electronic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Experience with freight carriers, shipping software, and inventory systems.
• Inventory control experience.
• Logistics experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience making local deliveries.
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, pump, mechanical, or service-related industries.

Salary

We offer competitive pay with a range of $17 - $19 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Monday - Friday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to load and unload trucks safely.
• Work in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and outdoor environments as needed.
