You'll partner with companies and universities to create challenges, run competitions, and grow our assessment platform into every hiring pipeline and classroom. What You'll Do Build and manage partnerships with employers and universities Design and launch AI skill competitions and challenges Develop go‑to‑market strategy for enterprise and education segments Represent SkillLeader at events, conferences, and campus visits Work directly with the founding team to shape product direction What We're Looking For Experience in partnerships, business development, or community building Strong communication skills — you can sell a vision and close a deal Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑moving startup Interest in AI, education technology, or workforce development Bonus: existing network in higher education or HR/talent acquisition Build the secure AI assistant that enterprises actually trust. You'll work across the full stack — from LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines to privacy‑first architecture and real‑time decision support. What You'll Do Design and build LLM‑powered features with privacy‑first architecture Develop RAG pipelines, prompt engineering systems, and evaluation frameworks Implement security controls for sensitive enterprise data handling Collaborate with founders to define product roadmap and technical direction What We're Looking For Strong Python and/or TypeScript — you ship production code Hands‑on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases Understanding of security principles and data privacy requirements Comfortable owning entire features from design to deployment Bonus: experience with enterprise SaaS or zero‑trust architectures Design and build robots that farm. You'll work on autonomous systems that plant, monitor, harvest, and process crops — real hardware in real fields, not simulations. What You'll Do Design and prototype robotic harvesting and planting systems Integrate computer vision for crop monitoring and quality sorting Develop control systems for autonomous field navigation Test and iterate hardware in actual agricultural environments Own the full robotics stack from mechanical design to embedded software What We're Looking For Experience building physical robots — not just simulation Strong background in mechanical design, controls, or mechatronics Proficiency in Python, C++, or ROS for embedded/robotic systems Comfortable working outdoors and getting your hands dirty Bonus: agricultural experience or computer vision background Engineer the environments that make impossible crops possible. You'll design and operate climate‑controlled growing systems that deliver precision temperature cycles for high‑value agriculture. What You'll Do Design and optimize climate‑controlled growing environments Develop temperature management systems for precise chill‑hour delivery Monitor and tune environmental parameters for crop performance Build sensor networks and automation for environmental control Research crop requirements and translate them into engineering specifications What We're Looking For Background in agricultural engineering, HVAC, or controlled environment agriculture Experience with sensor systems, PLCs, or environmental automation Understanding of plant physiology and growing requirements Hands‑on builder — comfortable with fabrication and field work Bonus: experience with commercial greenhouse or indoor farming operations Build the power and infrastructure that runs off the grid. You'll design solar arrays, three‑phase electrical systems, and water supply for manufacturing facilities in remote locations. What You'll Do Design and install solar power systems with battery storage Engineer three‑phase electrical distribution for manufacturing equipment Develop independent water supply and management systems Plan and oversee construction of mono‑slope manufacturing buildings Ensure all systems meet code requirements while operating off‑grid What We're Looking For Experience with solar power systems, electrical engineering, or facility design Knowledge of three‑phase power systems and industrial electrical Comfortable with construction, site planning, and hands‑on installation Understanding of building codes and permitting processes Bonus: PE license or experience with rural/agricultural infrastructure Build the "billy goat" — a robot that continuously harvests hay, a few bales at a time, instead of racing to cut an entire field before weather turns. What You'll Do Design and build autonomous hay cutting and baling mechanisms Develop embedded control systems for continuous field operation Integrate GPS navigation and obstacle avoidance for field robots Test and iterate prototypes in real field conditions Optimize mechanical systems for reliability and low maintenance What We're Looking For Strong mechanical design and prototyping skills Experience with embedded systems, motor control, or hydraulics Proficiency in CAD software and fabrication techniques Comfortable working in agricultural environments Bonus: experience with autonomous vehicles or agricultural machinery Work across every venture in the studio. You'll build web platforms, internal tools, dashboards, and integrations — whatever the ventures need to ship and scale. High variety, high ownership.
