Canam Dental LLC – Bilingual Dental Receptionists Location: Los Angeles, CA (Western). This position will focus on scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing excellent customer service. This role provides an entry level platform to understand the dental healthcare business, while simultaneously providing a pivot towards upward mobility to positions such as Lead Front Desk, Dental Assistant, Lead Dental Assistant, Assistant Office Manager and Office Manager. Benefits Competitive compensation Career mobility and advancement Career training and development Benefits package includes: Medical & Vision Insurance Free dental treatment at our locations PTO 401K Responsibilities Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals Answer phones and confirm appointments Greet and check‑in patients Accurately verify dental benefits Maintain detailed patient records in a fast‑paced environment Collect payments, co‑payments, and deductibles Create insurance claims and submit pre‑authorizations to insurance companies Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary Maintain a clean and professional office environment Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish) – Required Customer Service experience Experience with Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft KOS Services Inc. / CanAm Dental LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
