In this role, you’ll partner with hotel leadership to guide and support the Front Desk team while driving operational excellence in one of the most sophisticated destinations on the Las Vegas Strip.From leading daily operations and coaching teams to enhancing service standards and achieving operational goals, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and creating a welcoming, seamless environment for every visitor. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury setting and enjoys motivating teams, solving challenges, and delivering memorable moments.If you are passionate about guest service, team development, and creating elevated experiences, we invite you to bring your leadership and energy to Aria where you will create **WOW** memories that guests will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Work closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic initiatives for hotel operations provided by the Hotel Strategy CoE* Assist in leading front desk operations through implementation of policies, procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations* Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within front desk operations in alignment with company service standards* Support employee engagement for the front desk operations team through coaching, training, recognition, and development* Participate in interviewing, candidate selection, training, supervision, coaching, and counseling of front desk operations staff to support efficient department operations**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be 21 years of age or older* Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment* Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement and AAA or Forbes knowledge preferred* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups* Free meals in our Aria employee dining room* Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:** you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**?
