Assistant ManagerThe assistant manager directly assists the GM and ensures the studio follows set procedures to help the success of the studio. The job reports directly to the GM and provides assistance as needed to all aspects of the studio from front desk, sales, fitness training, and customer service. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand.Qualifications:Strong management and leadership abilitiesAbility to create a successful environment for staff and clientsPrevious sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferredWillingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophyContagious upbeat personalityMotivation and driveExcellent customer service and sales skillsJob Requirements:Manage and exceed sales and retention expectationsManage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, cleanlinessLead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGASell memberships and retailRetain and increase client participationSubmit accurate and timely reportsPlan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnershipsAs a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studioSPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best.
