Wound Care Clinical Coordinator - FT | Dallas Rehab

Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) Responsible for the coordination of clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including but not limited to organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care. Shares accountability for healing outcomes in the Center, which includes clinical practices and patient satisfaction leading to the success of the program. Responsibilities Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center. Plan, implement, evaluate and provide patient care. Share accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and holds a current Registered Nursing License in the state of employment. ACLS certification required; CPR certification required and must be maintained. Bachelor's degree preferred. Wound care certification preferred. Extensive wound care and HBO experience preferred.
