SYDCO LOGISTICS LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), committed to providing fast, efficient, and safe package delivery to customers. Our team of Delivery Associates (DAs) plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality delivery experience. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious individuals to join our growing team. As a Delivery Driver, you are determined to successfully get every package to the customer’s door. You’ll drive a safe and comfortable vehicle while using the latest technology to locate and deliver packages. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are a reliable, safe driver with a strong work ethic.

Job Summary- As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses while providing exceptional customer service. You will operate a company-provided vehicle, follow pre-determined delivery routes, and ensure safe, timely and accurate package deliveries.

4 Day Schedule- 40 Hours - 8-10 hours typical shift.

• Competitive hourly starting pay $22.75 per hour with potential for immediate opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

● Must be at least 21 years old.

● Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

● Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (test does not include THC)

● Safely operate a company-provided delivery van to transport packages to customers.

● Follow assigned routes using a mobile navigation system to ensure on-time deliveries.

● Deliver up to 250+ packages per day, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

● Load and organize packages efficiently in the vehicle before departure.

● Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

● Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

● Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies to prevent accidents or delays.

● Provide excellent customer service and handle package concerns professionally.

● Maintain a clean and serviced vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to SYDCO Logistics LLC

● Familiarity with using GPS navigation and route optimization tools.

● Use a handheld device for scanning packages, tracking deliveries, and communicating with dispatch.

● Adapt to various weather conditions and delivery challenges while maintaining efficiency.

● Able to climb multiple flights of stairs during shift.

● Comfortable driving for extended periods and getting in and out of a vehicle frequently.

● Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

● Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or a fast-paced work environment preferred but not required.
