Customer Service Representative

Location: Columbus, OH – 1758 Westbelt Dr., Columbus, OH 43228. Pay: $20/hour plus up to $2,500 in performance bonuses. Work Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently. Handle questions and complaints in a timely, professional manner. Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery. Secure payment of invoices with proper funds or obtain credit authorization per company policy. Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items at the counter, following manufacturer warranty policies and customer needs. Estimate delivery dates to customers based on vendor production and delivery schedules. Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year related inside sales experience preferred. Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly. Strong counter presence and ability to engage directly with customers for a large portion of the day. Strong customer‑service attitude. Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues. Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction is helpful.
