Now Hiring: Youth Care Worker

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our team in a Level 5 group home supporting children with disabilities .

Position: Group Home Caregiver
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (preferably children with special needs).

• CBRF certification required (or actively working toward certification).

• Ability to assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support.

• Comfortable performing household tasks within a residential home setting.

• Reliable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Support children with disabilities in daily routines.

• Assist with meals, personal care, and developmental activities.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment.

• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure consistent 24-hour care.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
