Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Attorney with over four years of experience to join their Immigration Law practice group in Williston, ND. The firm is open to considering a Senior Staff Attorney to work remotely from Arizona or Colorado. Duties Handle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, and dependent applications. Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings. Engage in consular processing and I-9 compliance. Assist with waivers, U.S. naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian programs. Requirements Over four years of experience in immigration law. Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong expertise in employment-based visa matters. Proficiency in consular processing and I-9 compliance. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Benefits Health insurance.
