Use a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors. Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and education on system maintenance. Accurately document services performed and recommendations made through proper forms, reports, logs, and records. Adhere to Service Champions’ quality and safety standards while fulfilling commitments. Continuously update your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and embracing lifelong learning. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold, wet) depending on the weather Capability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks daily Integrity and a commitment to promoting a positive company image Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required Prior sales experience highly desired Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and work independently Results-driven in a high‑energy environment Additional Information: Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check will be conducted.
