Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? We’re looking for a full-time Financial Accountant to help maintain and improve financial operations for a growing organization. What You'll be Doing:
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Prepare financial statements and other reports to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee billing, payments, and collections to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Assist with tax filings and ensure adherence to accounting regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and provide financial insights as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (entry-level candidates with strong internship experience encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools; knowledge of QuickBooks or similar programs is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
