At Ellie, we take care of the behind-the-scenes operations like intake calls, client matching, insurance billing, and admin tasks - so you can focus on what you do best: providing world-class therapy .

What You'll Do

• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time)
• Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services
• Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Active clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, RSWI, RMHCI)
• Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation
• Comfortable with diverse client populations
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
• Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus)
• State of Florida background screening
