Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing setting. This overnight role offers consistency, competitive pay, and a mission-driven culture.

  • $30.23–$31.75/hour + shift differentials + benefits 
  • LPN PIB: $39.00/hr | PRN: $34.00/hr
• Sign-On Incentive: Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Bonus is subject to a 12-month employment commitment and paid according to the organization's sign-on incentive program guidelines.
• Schedule:  
  • Full-time, 7:00pm–7:00am night shift
  • PRN ( On-call, minimum 4 shifts per month and 1 weekend shift per month)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents, supporting their overall well-being
• Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and contribute to individualized care planning
• Ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to foster a respectful, supportive environment

Required Qualifications:

• Active Illinois LPN license
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
