AP Specialist

Position Title: AP Specialist The AP Specialist plays a critical role in managing high-volume accounts payable functions within the organization. This position demands attention to detail and the ability to handle a substantial workload, processing between 700 to 1500 invoices from approximately 500 active vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong relationship‑building skills while effectively communicating with vendors. This role also requires familiarity with various accounting systems, particularly for mass data entry tasks. Candidates should be adaptable and capable of working without extensive structured guidelines, as the company is still developing its processes.
