Requirements

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license for the state of New Jersey.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and preventive care.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) management, preferably Eaglesoft.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients of all ages, including pediatric care.
Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs checks and medical history reviews.
Utilize Eaglesoft dental software for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative care techniques.
Administer and oversee dental X-rays and other imaging necessary for diagnosis.
Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans.

Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
