Offering a 250.00 Sign On Bonus- Certain eligibility requirements apply Location: Laguna Hills, Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and Dana Point Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience, background, and skill level) Griswold Home Care For Laguna Hills is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers or CNAs. Benefits include: * Paid sick time * Daily pay through Tap Check * Client and Employee referral bonus- Please ask us as certain eligibility criteria would apply. * 401(k) through ADP * Overtime opportunities based on client needs * Weekly pay * Credit union membership with two-day early pay and a $250 opening bonus * LifeMart perks for discounts on travel, hotels, and amusement parks * Ongoing training and development * Paid orientation * Eligibility for the Jean Griswold Foundation Scholarship * Mileage reimbursement Requirements for the Position: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent * Licensing: Must have an HCA ID # and eligibility letter through the CA Department of Social Services * TB Test: Current copy of TB results within the last year (and annually thereafter). * Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working with seniors in a home care setting is preferred * Knowledge: Must be willing to learn about chronic conditions, or have experience/expertise in dementia or Alzheimer's-related diseases. * Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance are required, as transportation services are part of the job. * Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and become active on the California Home Care Registry. * References: At least four professional references who can speak to your experience as a caregiver, along with two personal references.
