Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team Serve as an advocate for the user community Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe Requirements This is a 100% onsite role at client location in San Jose, CA Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress‑management skills Excellent comprehension, communication, and English skills Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies Strong attention to detail Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills Compensation and Benefits Hourly salary ranges vary by location: California: $28.50 to $29.00 per hour Colorado: $24.40 to $24.40 per hour District of Columbia: $23.40 to $23.40 per hour Illinois: $23.20 to $23.20 per hour Minnesota: $22.30 to $22.30 per hour Maryland: $22.00 to $22.00 per hour New York/New Jersey: $25.60 to $30.00 per hour Washington: $24.00 to $24.00 per hour Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Accenture is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
