Tesla is redefining what’s possible in AI & autonomy, and we need top-tier talent to make it happen. As a Technical Recruiter for AI Software, you’ll partner directly with engineering teams to identify, attract, and assess world-class candidates across the full spectrum of AI software development. From custom chip codesign, to large-scale infrastructure, inference, deployment, and low-level programming, you’ll scale the teams powering Tesla’s most ambitious work.

What You'll Do
Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needsUtilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talentDevelop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managersMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
3+ years recruiting experience in an in-house environmentAbility to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positionsAdvanced knowledge of relevant employment market trendsProficient knowledge of common software engineering skill-setsStrong ability to track and manage data and workflow

Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:

Expected Compensation
$84,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
