Job Title: Regional Capital Sales Executive Acute Care – Laboratory Solutions

We are seeking a high-performing Capital Sales Executive to drive growth across a defined territory, selling capital equipment and recurring consumables into acute care hospital laboratories . This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands complex hospital environments, long sales cycles, and the importance of building multi-level clinical and administrative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle sales of capital equipment + consumables within acute care hospital labs
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed revenue targets
• Navigate complex hospital sales cycles, including value analysis committees (VACs) and capital approval processes
• Build relationships with key stakeholders: Lab Directors, Pathologists, C-Suite, Procurement, and Clinical Teams
• Identify, qualify, and close new business while expanding existing accounts
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate clinical + economic value
• Partner cross-functionally (clinical, marketing, service) to ensure successful implementations
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience (required)
• Proven success selling into acute care hospital environments , specifically laboratory settings
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, budgeting cycles, and capital procurement processes
• Ability to sell both high-value capital and recurring consumables
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Experience:

• Background in diagnostics, lab instrumentation, or medical devices
• Experience selling bundled solutions (capital + consumables/service contracts)
• Established relationships within hospital lab networks
