Overview Porter position with a morning schedule. Expected to come into work at 6:00 am, performing cleaning, group and equipment maintenance. Depending on the day and business level, duties may start around 10–11:00 am and include floor work, serving guests, and/or preparing quality food. This is the only non-management position to receive free food once a day. Whether we’re cooking the perfect ButterBurger® to order or scooping the freshest batch of the Flavor of the Day, we work hard to ensure you will always leave happy. We are rooted in our small-town Wisconsin origins and appreciate when you visit Culver’s. If we can make your day better with a wholesome, delicious meal or a heartfelt smile, we’ve done our part. Responsibilities Clean and maintain facilities and equipment as assigned. Assist on the floor with guests and/or food preparation as needed. Support cleaning, group tasks, and equipment maintenance according to the shift requirements. Qualifications Ability to work early morning shifts (starting around 6:00 am). Willingness to perform cleaning, maintenance, guest service, and basic food preparation tasks. Reliable and punctual with the ability to adapt to varying daily tasks.
