Customer Service Representative

Position Customer Service Representative (Part Time) Location: 100 W Miller St, Fruitland Park, FL 34731 Shift Availability: Evenings (Weekends Only) Responsibilities Greet customers, run the register and cashier, and make purchase suggestions Work with the food program as needed Maintain high standards for store appearance in various areas inside and outside the store Provide fast and friendly service to all customers Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance Qualifications Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering) High school diploma or equivalent Strong sales skills and confidence in suggesting products Excellent customer care and communication abilities Ability to work quickly and enjoy a lively environment Team‑oriented mindset to accomplish daily goals Problem‑solving abilities and quick thinking to offer suggestions Motivation to advance in a career and willingness to learn and have fun Physical Requirements Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level Push/pull with arms exerting up to 20 pounds of force Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place/remove signs Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, & Life Insurance Short & Long Term Disability Flexible Schedules Weekly Pay and Weekly Bonus Potential Large, Stable Employer Fast Career Opportunities Paid Comprehensive Training 401(k) with a Competitive Company Match Flexible Spending / Health Savings Accounts Tuition Reimbursement Equal Employment Opportunity Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
