This role helps prepare materials, move inventory, assist with production, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.ResponsibilitiesLabel finished productsPrepare cores and materials for productionMove skids and inventory throughout the warehouseAssist with stacking and organizing finished rollsVerify inventory counts and pick listsPull materials from stock as directedRemove scrap and maintain a clean work areaOperate a forklift (if certified)Follow all safety and quality proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shiftAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamBasic counting and inventory skillsForklift experience or certification preferredStrong attention to detail and safetyPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and liftingAbility to handle and move heavy materials with proper lifting techniques or assistance. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with exposure to machinery noise.
