Marketing Manager

About the Opportunity We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing function across multiple operating companies. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. As a working manager , you'll partner directly with executive leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth. What You'll Do: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue objectives. Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable ROI. Partner with executive leadership, sales, and operations to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, creative partners, media vendors, photographers, videographers, and other service providers. Oversee company websites, digital content, marketing collateral, and brand standards. Monitor marketing performance through analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and manage marketing budgets while maximizing return on investment. Coordinate community events, sponsorships, networking opportunities, trade shows, and public relations efforts. Build scalable marketing processes and best practices that support continued organizational growth. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Five (5) or more years of progressive marketing experience. Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and website content management systems. Experience managing marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
