Controller

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Develops, implements, and monitors annual budgets and financial forecasts. Establishes internal controls to prevent fraud and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and reporting requirements. Monitors fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and cash flow to maximize financial efficiency. Responsible for supervision of billing and collections staff. Prepares cost reports for all facilities. Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes. Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Three or more years of prior healthcare accounting experience is preferred. Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means. LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
