7th Grade Assistant Girls Basketball Coach Position Type: Athletics/Activities/Coaching Date Posted: 5/28/2026 Location: Clark-Pleasant Middle School Date Available: Until Filled Reports To: Athletic Director, Building Principal Compensation: Based on the ECA Compensation Schedule Job Duties Assist in the coordination and supervision of the 8th grade boys basketball team Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship Assist in the design of a training program and game program Ensure that all athletic activities conform to applicable guidelines Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community Work effectively with booster clubs and other community organizations React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned Support the value of an education Support the philosophy and vision of CPCSC Athletics Qualifications The preferred candidate must be a good role model for middle school aged students/athletes The preferred candidate will have experience coaching basketball The preferred candidate will be a licensed educator AAP/EEO/Diversity Statement Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation believes in equal employment opportunity for all without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
