Laboratory Technician

Payrate: $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Summary: The role requires a Bachelor's degree with some lab experience, preferably including benchtop testing with instruments like GCMS or HPLC. Responsibilities include performing routine laboratory procedures to support testing within Quality Control, managing sample collection, handling, and testing equipment/laboratory support, documenting, computing, compiling, interpreting, and entering data into computerized systems, maintaining and operating specialized equipment, and initiating and/or implementing changes in controlled documents. Compliance with safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs is also required, including maintaining training records, laboratory documentation, written procedures, building monitoring systems, and laboratory notebooks.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, some lab experience, internship or academic experience, strong analytical skills with at least 4 years of experience performing analytical testing, attention to detail, and a can do attitude.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $30.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
