$55-$80/hour; rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity assignments available for the 2026-27 school year.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process.
As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships
- Evaluate levels of speech and language
- Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs
- Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals
- Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- New York State SLP license issued by the NYS Education Department
- TSSLD certification (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities)
- ASHA CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any state license held.
- Familiarity with NYSED's telepractice guidelines for delivering related services to students with disabilities (IEP/related-services compliance)
- Reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform experience; strong tech setup (webcam, headset, stable internet, private workspace)
- Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
This is a contract position and does not include benefits.
