Medical Courier

Job Overview A Courier position located in Burlington, NC. The role operates Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm. Responsibilities Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups and complete the pickup schedule on time. Deliver all daily picks to the assigned branch at the end of each shift. Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently. Operate the company vehicle safely and obey all traffic laws. Use a handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups. Coordinate with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed. Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as required. Maintain punctuality, strong time‑management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Lift up to 50lbs and solve customer‑related issues when they arise. Abide by all company policies and safety regulations. Qualifications Minimum – No education or experience required. Preferred – High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Preferred – At least 1year of driver or courier experience. Preferred – At least 1year of customer service experience. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old.
