Description As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support two Project Managers and assist the development team on design and preconstruction for upcoming projects. Responsibilities Assist PMs on active projects in VA and NC Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors Review drawings and specifications for accuracy Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Support development team with design input Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders Profile You're a motivated construction professional with multifamily experience who values collaboration and wants to grow with a small, dynamic team.
