Join Our Team as a Community Based Therapist!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in Sioux Falls, SD? Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking a Community Based Therapist to provide quality mental health services in a community-based setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals and families in need of therapeutic support and guidance. Southeastern is a HRSA approved site!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions in various community settings (schools, homes, office and public spaces)
• Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible therapist in the state of South Dakota preferred
• Experience providing therapy to individuals and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
