You are coordinating escrow, managing timelines, communicating with vendors, handling repair requests, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. Deals run clean because you make them run clean. CRM ownership.

Every lead, every past client, and every referral source in the database is heard from, followed up with, and never forgotten. Nothing goes dormant on your watch. Listing management.

From the moment a property goes under contract to the day it hits the market, you are coordinating vendors, staging, photography, MLS, and showing schedules. Robert's calendar and priorities.

You filter what needs his attention, bring it to him prepared, and protect the rest of his time so he can stay focused on relationships and growth. Team support.

You are the connective tissue for a small, close-knit team. Daily communication, shared systems, and making sure every person has what they need to do their job well. SOPs.

You spot the gaps, you document the fix, and you own the improvement. Client events.

You help coordinate client appreciation activities that keep this referral-based business thriving. Occasional evenings and weekends required. This role requires 2+ years supporting a top-producing real estate agent or team in transaction management, operations, or a similar role. CRM proficiency, strong follow-through, and a valid CA driver's license with a reliable vehicle are required. The Details: Salary:

$75,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience, plus an opportunity for a bonus Hours:

Full-time, 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday, with flexibility for nights and weekends Benefits:
