Information Technology Manager

What you’ll need to be successful: 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience (REQUIRED) Strong hands‑on background with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or operational environment (REQUIRED) Solid understanding of networking, security, backups, and disaster recovery Ability to lead a small IT team while remaining technically involved Comfortable working on‑site and partnering closely with operations and business leaders About the role: This is a hands‑on IT leadership role overseeing day‑to‑day IT operations and the overall technology direction for a manufacturing‑focused organization. The IT Manager will own core systems, guide infrastructure and security efforts, and ensure technology reliably supports the business.
