Salary listed is base salary based on work experience and how you perform. However, the position is expected to pay bonus and commission based on your production. So max salary potential $100,000 if you have previous experience and meet premium/production goal objectives. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Previous insurance sales experience is preferred.
