Job Title: Concrete Operations Manager (High-End Residential)
Company: KR Concrete Foundations Inc. Location: Raleigh, NC Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 per year
About the Role: KR Concrete Foundations Inc. isn't your average concrete company. We specialize in the "hard stuff"—custom high-end estates, indoor basketball courts, and intricate structural foundations. We are looking for an Operations Lead who is tired of being a "number" at a big firm and wants to be the technical brain behind the most prestigious residential projects in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grade & Blueprint Mastery: You must be able to read complex structural prints and shoot your own grades. We deal with extreme elevation changes (yard-to-pool-to-floor) that require precision.
- Field Leadership: Manage and mentor crews on-site. You are the final word on quality and structural integrity.
- Formwork Specialist: Oversee high-spec "pour-in-place" walls using aluminum form systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Leadership: You’ve run crews and managed high-stakes residential sites.
- Technical DNA: You can look at a set of prints and a sloped lot and know exactly how to set your forms to hit elevation perfectly.
- Self-Sufficient: You don't need a hand-holder. You see the problem and solve it before the mud hits the ground.
- Relocation: Open to experts looking to move to the Raleigh market. (Note: Relocation assistance is not provided, but year-round work and a top-tier salary are).
