Join our team. We are hiring a construction crew member to assist in our Project Closeout Process.
As a team member you will be performing general carpentry and small scale finish trade work in order to prepare our projects to be handed over to the client. After our clients accept their project and begin to operate you will assist them during a "Sit In" period you will address any on site operations concerns, questions, and operating issues of the building.
You will also be performing 1 year warranty site visits including completion of warranty lists.
What Abilities You'll Need to complete potential Punch List tasks:
- General non structural carpentry
- Trim/Cabinet/Millwork installation
- Painting/Staining
- Caulking
- Grout Repairs
- FRP installation/repair
- Door/Frame installations and/or repairs
- Similar skills for general punch list item completion
You will be the first point of contact interacting with the client representative. A deep understanding of what quality construction is and an ability to communicate clearly with all personnel is paramount. You will be forming client relationships on each project and be representing Belisle Construction to our clients. Task management and organization are critical to ensure the completion of items in the allotted time constraints.
This position will allow you to gain an understanding of how we operate and what we do from start to finish for our clients. Punch out crew members have potential to grow into Project Superintendents and Project Managers throughout your career with us with the right skills and drive.
